CLEAR BY DESIGN

Behind the result - No mystery in the method

Enter your own trip costs, currency and any optional contingency. The planner adds the entered costs, calculates the optional percentage and can divide the total by your entered group size.

The result shows the inputs used and the steps used to arrange or calculate them. Your entries are not independently checked.

What this tool does not do

It does not book a ticket, tour or hotel. It does not fetch, validate or confirm bookings, live hours, prices, availability or exact rates. It does not fetch live data or store data on a server. Blank optional fields are omitted. Text is displayed literally, not interpreted as HTML.

Planning and estimates only. Verify hours and prices locally before going. A printout or download is created only when you request it.

GOOD TO KNOW

Before you go

Are these live prices or fixed quotes?

No. Every amount is supplied by you. The calculator adds only entered costs and any contingency, and can divide the result by group size. Actual prices can differ.

Does this book a ticket, tour or hotel?

No. The planner only arranges ideas or calculates from your inputs. It does not place, fetch or confirm bookings.

Can I print or share my plan?

After creating a result, use Print / Save PDF or Download text. The export includes your entries; review it before sharing. The page link does not carry your inputs.

Does the site store my trip details?

The tool processes inputs in the open browser page without sending them to the site server. Your browser may restore form state; downloaded files, printouts or backups may remain on your device.
