Are the six tools free?
Yes. All six planners are free to use without signing up or creating an account.
How do I start a plan?
Choose a tool, complete its required fields and select Create my plan. Read the displayed method to see exactly what was used.
Do the tools book tickets, tours or hotels?
No. They only organize ideas or perform calculations using your entries. They do not make, retrieve or confirm bookings.
Do you show live opening hours, prices or availability?
No. The built-in ideas are not live listings. Verify hours and prices locally before going, and check access and availability separately.
How are day itinerary times calculated?
The planner adds your stop durations and any entered travel minutes to your chosen start time, in input order. Missing travel is not estimated. Times after midnight are marked next day.
Are travel times calculated automatically?
No. Enter the travel minutes you want included. Traffic, routes, parking and delays are not fetched or predicted.
How are attraction ideas selected?
A small fixed list is grouped by the interest you choose. It is not a complete directory, a recommendation for your circumstances or a check of current access.
Does the beach tool check water quality or weather?
No. It displays your selected beach, activities and a basic checklist. Check local conditions, water quality, posted notices and beach rules separately.
How does the trip budget work?
You provide costs and an optional contingency. The planner adds entered amounts, rounds the contingency to two decimals, and optionally divides by the number of people. No exchange rate or live price is retrieved.
How are per-person costs rounded?
The total is divided by the entered number of people and rounded to two decimal places, half up. Rounded shares may not add back exactly to the total.
Are my trip details sent to the site server?
The plugin processes tool inputs in the open browser page without sending them to the server. Hosting and other installed software may separately log ordinary website traffic.
Can I print or download a plan?
Yes. Create a plan, then use Print / Save PDF or Download text. Exports contain your entries, so review them before sharing.
What happens when I clear or close the page?
Clear removes the form entries and displayed result. Your browser may restore form state, and files, printouts or backups may remain outside the tool until you remove them.
How do I report an issue?
Visit the Contact page for the operator’s published channel. Include the page, device, browser and steps to reproduce the issue.
